helicopter tractor beamed ufo and both flew off together

Inside watching tv, sound of circling helicopter prompted to go outside. Observed helicopter approach object, then seemed to use a tractor beam and towed object towards the north until out of site. Dog would not go outside during this event.

The object made a sound kind of like water on the hull of a large ship.
