Flying back into Phoenix, I looked out my window and saw an exceptionally bright, orange light trailing along next to the aircraft. It was a few miles or so off the starboard wing. Above the clouds, it kept pace with our aircraft, then suddenly reversed course on multiple occasions, and also maneuvered up and down at 90 degree angles. I gauged this light against several passing airplanes and realized it was quite a bit larger. The colors began to shift from orange to blue to green to white. As we were nearing final approach, another aircraft buzzed the orb at a very high speed, at which point the craft doused its light and dropped rapidly into the cloud cover. Credit: ufocasebook.com
