I was sent this photo from a friend of mine that does a great deal of contractual work at Guantanamo prison . This photo was taken last month around the middle of the month... do not have an exact date for you... but it was when the sun was setting...... he sent it to me and removed it from his phone before they went through the clearance area. Apparently they see these things all the time.... object was moving very fast, no sound, and was about 3 mile away from them. and surrounded by a helix form around the outside... apparently they see these things literally every day down there.
