Witness: I'm an outdoor photographer and i shoot the sky all the time. I can identify anything in the sky but not this.

I was shooting the sunset when this strange object caught my eye. I turned my nikon d7000 camera with a 105mm lens on a tripod to it and shot 5 pics. It appeared to be about 20 miles out from me and moving erratically. It was only visible when it lite up with multiple lights for 4 to 5 seconds at a time.

It was getting dark so i had to use a long exposure so there is some camera shake and movement from the object. The last time it lite up it appeared to bank out to the west and instantly disappear. Never saw it again, even though i looked for it the next evening. Still unexplainable.
