We as a family had decided to take a day trip up to London for the day and thought going past Buckingham palace was a good idea.

Then around 9 am as my partner has never actually been there just before arriving at the palace we watched some of the Queens horses ride past and took some photos then slowly drove past the palace and saw a strange brightness in the sky and was very confused so we took a picture and then it had disappeared.

When returning home i put the picture on the computer and zoomed in to get a clearer view and was amazed at what we saw. it had a circle movement on the outer ring then a fixed inner circle.
