UFO sighting eyewitness report : Was inside on my laptop my wife had gone outside to have a cigarette and she had come back inside all excited saying something was in the sky.

I dont know what the object is i have seen it two separate occasions in the summer time as well the object resembles a star but much too low on the horizon much brighter than the rest it stayed in one spot for about 10 minutes then slowly faded out same as previous two sightings.
