Oberwesel, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany UFO sighting. | On this UFO picture we can see a rare unidentified flying object with a very uncommon UFO shape similar to a rotating Whipping-top toy. This UFO picture was taken by Harry Haukler while he was in a train passing through Oberwesel in Germany. When he saw the UFO rise up in the air alongside the train, he captured that UFO picture that shows a dark rotating UFO with houses and mountains in the back. | March 8 1964
