The report explain that the initial ufo sighting was done by Shinichi's sister, who called his attention to it. | The unidentified flying object had a silver color giving off brilliant glow, in a clear day sky with cumulus clouds. | The UFO was traveling from north to south at an estimated altitude of 3000 to 4000 feet. The UFO traveled over them and made a 90 degree left turn, then accelerated toward the clouds and disappeared.
